The Rescue Diver course prepares you to prevent, recognize and manage diving emergencies with confidence.
You’ll develop self-rescue skills, learn how to assist other divers and respond effectively to emergency situations through realistic training scenarios.

Why should I take the Rescue Diver course?
The Rescue Diver course helps you become a more confident and capable diver by teaching you how to prevent, recognize and respond to diving emergencies.
Is CPR and First Aid training required?
Yes. You’ll need Emergency First Response (EFR) or an equivalent First Aid & CPR certification completed within the last 24 months.
Is the course difficult?
The course is challenging but extremely rewarding. Your instructor will guide you through every exercise step by step in a safe and supportive environment.
Do I need to be a strong swimmer?
You should be comfortable swimming and diving, as the course includes rescue exercises in open water.
How long is the certification valid?
Your Rescue Diver certification does not expire. However, we highly recommend refreshing your rescue and first aid skills regularly.
What can I do after Rescue Diver?
After completing the Rescue Diver course, you can continue with Specialty Courses or begin your journey toward becoming a Divemaster and professional diver.
